1.1.0 Project Administrator
1.1.1 Tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
- managing the flow and control of correspondence;
- receiving incoming mail (both hard copy and e-mail), prioritizes, assesses urgency, sets deadlines;
- developing/maintaining bring forward (BF) and other control systems for action items;
- researching and locating background information, analyzes, extracts relevant information and writes summaries;
- obtaining and exchanging information with project stakeholders and clients;
- providing financial services for the project; and
- maintaining and tracking financial transactions, enters commitments and expenditures into the projects financial budget.
- collection and correlation of information for the preparation of reports and returns.
1.1.2 Occupational Minimum Mandatory Qualifications
A. Junior Project Administrator

Must have a minimum of a secondary school graduate diploma/certificate. |

Must have a minimum of one (1) years of experience as a Project Administrator. |
B. Intermediate Project Administrator

Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Project Administrator. |
C. Senior Project Administrator

Must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience as a Project Administrator. |
