About this Green Procurement Scorecard

Suppliers can use this Green Procurement Scorecard to learn what environmental criteria are in place for solicitation opportunities and demonstrate that they meet the criteria when submitting a proposal.

GSIN Code – T003

This is the code used by the federal government to identify generic product descriptions for its procurement activities.

GSIN Description

Advertising Services (T003) may include a full range of services including account management and coordination, creative and production, strategic and media planning as well as placement in media such as newspapers, television, radio, Internet, cinema and out-of-home.

RFx (past, current, future): Request For X=Standing Offer, Supply Arrangement, or Proposal. RFSO, RFSA or RFP.

Mandatory specification: Mandatory green procurement clauses and conditions that are or may be incorporated in the past, current or future RFx.

Optional or point-rated specification: Optional or point-rated green procurement clauses and conditions that are or may be incorporated in the past, current or future RFx.

Potential specification: Potential green procurement clauses and conditions that have not yet been incorporated in the past, current or future RFx.
