The Supply Manual contains policies and procedures, as well as references to acts and directives, for the procurement of goods, services and construction. The Manual is intended primarily for the use of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) contracting officers acting in PWGSC's capacity as a common services provider, to conduct procurements on behalf of other organizations.
This version of the Supply Manual represents the culmination of the Supply Manual Update Project, which has as its main goals the reorganization and improvement of the Manual. The Synopsis provides a summary of the major changes encompassed in this release.
A cross reference document is provided to identify the sections in the previous SM and the sections they have now been moved to in the new version.
For reference purposes only, a copy of the previous version of the SM, that is Version 08-2 (released December 12, 2008), is available in PDF format. (PDF 2.8M b) (Help on File Formats)
