Bulletin - Notices to Unsuccessful Suppliers - August 2010

It is important that Departmental Users, once the evaluation is completed and a Supplier has been selected, advise all Suppliers of the results of the evaluation. It is recommended that Departmental Users use the appropriate regret letter available on the THS website. This regret letter, containing all the required information, may be sent by fax, as an email, etc. The regret letter provides information to Suppliers which is valuable to them when bidding on future requirements. Providing this information helps ensure that the procurement process is fair and transparent.
