Item 1 New member to the Committee

• In view of the strong relationships between client departments' interests and the items discussed by the Committee, Captain Crane from DND was invited and agreed to join the Committee as a member.

Item 2 Approval of Record of Decision

• The Record of Decision was adopted by the Committee.
• In order to expedite the release of the Committee's Records of Decision, PWGSC will place the English version of the Records of Decisions on the PWGSC / THS Website two days after they have been adopted by the Committee. The French version will follow shortly thereafter.

Item 3 What constitutes THS

• The definition of THS was discussed and adopted by the Committee.
• The draft Evaluation Criteria document was discussed at length.
  1. PWGSC will consult a departmental Cost Analyst pertaining to the crite-ria for financial viability of suppliers of THS.
     Action: PWGSC
  2. PWGSC will discuss the Insurance requirements with a Departmental In-surance Advisor and compare the requirements of the current Standing Offer.
     Action: PWGSC
  3. PWGSC will table a revised Evaluation Criteria document for dis-cussion at the next meeting.
     Action: PWGSC
  4. PWGSC will discuss the Draft One: THS Certification document tabled by ACSESS with a Departmental Legal Advisor.
     Action: PWGSC

Item 4 Categories

• The categories of THS Personnel were discussed. The Industry indicated that the discussion on the categories cannot be completed until the method of supplier selection has been determined.
• The Industry requested a short presentation on the new Informatics Pro-fessional Services method of supply, possibly for the next meeting.
  Action: PWGSC
• PWGSC will attempt to table a palette of options covering the method of supplier selection for discussion at the next meeting.
  Action: PWGSC
• A member of the industry requested that the revised List of Issues for Discussion be amended to include "Requirements by Suppliers to under-take clearance" under "Security Clearance of Individuals"
  Action: PWGSC
• PWGSC to review TB Travel Regulations involving suppliers of THS.
  Action: PWGSC

Item 5 Next Meeting

• The next meeting will be held December 20, 2006 at Place du Portage, 11 Laurier, PDP III, Gatineau, Québec, Tower A, 11A1, Room 101 from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. The Agenda for the next meeting will be sent to members via e-mail prior to the meeting.
