It is noted that there was no Agenda for this meeting as the intent was to have a final review of the Request for Standing Offer/Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSO/RFSA).

The new format of the RFSO/RFSO was reviewed, i.e. 3 parts during the 1-1/2 hour meeting and comments provided to Debralee Ducharme to finalize the document (it is noted that the comments were recorded by Debralee.)

Sylvain further confirmed:

• a single proposal can still be submitted will different rates for the SO and SA components;
• the RFSO/RFSA is to close mid April 2008; and
• the THS Advisory Committee will reconvene after the RFSO/RFSA has closed, noting that there will be no discussions relating to the RFSO/RFSA.
