Enrollment Process

To enroll, Federal Government Department employees must fill in the e-mail enrollment form. Copy and paste the information below and submit your request to enroll by e-mail to the PS Online Representative at: rcnspenligne.ncrpsonline@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca. Fill in the particulars for each line.

Note: The data in the PS Online database is proprietary to the supplier and/or consultant. Therefore, access to PS Online is only to government employees.

Note: Upon receipt of an enrollment request, it is the responsibility of PWGSC to obtain approval from the requester's manager PWGSC will not proceed with the request until a response to our email is received.

Should a user change departments, they should advise the PS Online Representative and must enroll again in order to keep their account. Re-training will not be required.
