Supplier Pre-qualification Process

To pre-qualify in Professional Services Online (PS Online), Suppliers must complete each of the following steps:

1. Obtain a Procurement Business Number (PBN);
2. Review the content of the Trading Partner Agreement (TPA);
3. Complete the TPA signature;
4. Respond to the Mandatory Requirements; and
5. Sign the certifications applicable to your firm.

NOTE: If you do not have a Procurement Business Number (PBN), you must obtain one from Buy and Sell.

Your firm MUST qualify in accordance to the Mandatory Requirements and the Certifications in order to obtain an account in the PS Online database. Firms not providing the additional information will be deemed to not accept the Trading Partner Agreement (TPA), therefore their request will be rejected.

NOTE: Please allow 3-4 weeks for your registration to be processed.
