Generic Lease Documentation Package

As the real estate broker for the government of Canada, Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) leases a large amount of space across the country. This three-part package is the official standard documentation used by the department for leases. It ensures uniformity of format and content in the lease tender and evaluation process. The document details the leasing process itself and includes: appropriate leasing formats; applicable standards, codes and policies; and appropriate reference documentation.
