PWGSC wins four Building of the Year Awards

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Ottawa (BOMA) presented awards to PWGSC for four of its office buildings in early May. PWGSC won in the following categories:
- The Office Building of the Year, over 100,000 ft2– Place du Portage I and II
- The Office Building of the Year, Corporate Facility – Gatineau Preservation Center of the Library and Archives Canada
- The Office Building of the Year, Suburban Low Rise – Asticou Centre
- The Earth Award – Jean Talon Building at Tunney's Pasture
These buildings are all owned by PWGSC and managed by SNC-Lavalin ProFac.
When selecting the winners, BOMA judges considered all aspects of property ownership, including: property management, asset management, presence in the community, repairs and capital improvements of all types, tenant relations, and all aspects of building performance and a productive work environment.
