2006-603 Action Plan for the New Alternative Forms of Delivery (AFD) Initiative for Real Property Services - Phase II Interim Report

Recommendation

The basis of the total AFD costs be clearly communicated to all persons in the Department that may use or report on costs related to AFD.

Action Plan

The National Real Property Management Committee (RAMC) will be briefed at key intervals on the definitions and costs associated with the Alternative Forms of Delivery initiative which includes the data collection methodology previously approved by the ADM RPB in 2005. Representative from other Branches as Human Resources, Finance, participate in the RPMC meeting to ensure communication to other Branches.

By the end of September 2007
