Administrative agreements

An administrative agreement is an agreement between the supplier and Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) that is to be used in cases where it is determined that it is necessary to exercise additional caution in order to further mitigate risks of contracting with a particular supplier. The agreement would include conditions (such as remedial and compliance measures) that the supplier must fulfill in order to be eligible to contract with the Government of Canada. The administrative agreement must be monitored by a qualified independent third-party, recognized by PWGSC, at the supplier’s expense.
