Compensation Web Applications - Questions

Technical issues with myKEY, Compensation Web Applications (CWA) or any online or computerized payment system can only be addressed by your department's Help Desk.

Questions regarding your pay, direct deposit, deductions, service buy back or withheld pay can addressed by contacting your compensation advisor.

Other issues can be directed to maintenancewebdepaie.paywebmaintenance@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca. Note that technical issues should not be reported to this address as they can only be handled by your departmental Help Desk.

How can I apply for a job with Public Services and Procurement Canada?
