We would like to remind you that if you are planning to, or if you have recently changed your mailing address, to please contact our office in writing or by telephone to inform us. As you know, the 2009 remuneration statements will be issued in the near future and it is important that Specialized Services Division be kept up-to-date with your current mailing address.

If you have to notify us, please make sure to include your:

• Pension/service number
• Complete mailing address
• Telephone number
