B.14 Access to Canada's Facilities

The Contractor is responsible for timely identification of the need for access to the Canada's facilities, equipment and personnel, if required (for example, for delivery and installation). Subject to the approval of the Authorized User, arrangements will be made with the Contractor for access. The Contractor agrees to comply with all standing orders or other regulations in force on the site where the work is performed, including those relating to the safety of persons on the site or the protection of property against loss or damage from any and all causes including fire.
