Standing Offer Authorities for Canada

Contracting Authority: The Contracting Authority is the PWGSC contracting officer named below. The Contracting Authority is responsible for the establishment of the Standing Offer, its administration, and any contractual issues relating to individual Call-ups. Any changes to the requirement must be authorized, in writing, by the Contracting Authority. No work is to be performed in excess of or outside the scope of this requirement based on instructions from any government personnel other than the Contracting Authority.
