Disclosure of Contracts

Overview

On March 23, 2004, the Government of Canada announced a new policy on the mandatory publication of contracts over $10,000. In accordance with this policy, this website provides information on contracts of more than $10,000 which were issued by, or on behalf of, Public Works and Government Services Canada. Beginning October 31, 2004, and every three months thereafter, the website will be updated to include information on contracts over $10,000 awarded during the previous 3 months.

The rules and principles governing government contracting are outlined in the Treasury Board Contracting Policy.

Please note that information that would normally be withheld under the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act does not appear on this website.
