Reported Case for 2008-2009, 4^th Quarter

It was alleged a Public Works and Government Services Canada employee took days off without previously having those days approved by his Manager and, once taken, did not officially claim those days off. An investigation confirmed the employee had in fact taken some leave without having obtained the appropriate approval and without officially logging those days off. This allegation therefore was founded. The employee in question retired in May, 2008.
