Footnote 2

The Economic Action Plan 2014 Act, No. 1 and Order in Council P.C. 2014–1106 established the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC), effective November 1, 2014. The ATSSC becomes the sole provider of resources and staff for eleven administrative tribunals, including Registry of the Specific Claims Tribunal.
