The Economic Action Plan 2014 Act, No.1 dissolved the Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation and authorized the transfer of its assets and obligations, as well as those of its subsidiaries, to either Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency or Her Majesty in right of Canada as represented by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services Canada, effective June 19, 2014.
