Order in Council P.C. 2014‑0144 transferred the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration in theDepartment of Transport known as the Unit Responsible for Federal Bridges in the Region of Montreal,from the Department of Transport to the Office of Infrastructure of Canada, effective February 13, 2014.

The Economic Action Plan 2014 Act, No. 1 and Order in Council P.C. 2014‑1106 established the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC), effective November 1, 2014. The ATSSC becomes the sole provider of resources and staff for eleven administrative tribunals, including Transportation Appeal Tribunal of Canada.
