Inquiries concerning policy interpretation should be directed to your departmental Corporate Compensation Section who may in turn contact the Insurance Benefits Group at Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS).

Inquiries concerning policy matters or the submission of an appeal on a decision made by the Plan Administrator should be sent to the following:
