Enrolment Instructions

Already have a myKEY, secure token or smart card? Go to Step 3: Enrol in CWA.

1. Collect the following information

  1. Pension Number (Superannuation Number) - found on your Pension and Benefits Statement *
  2. Total Deductions - found on your most recent regular pay stub
  3. Personal Record Identifier (PRI) - found on your pay stub
  4. Government E-mail Address
  5. Date of Birth

2. Create an Online Profile

  1. Go to: www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/remuneration-compensation/
  2. Select the English or Français button.
  3. Click on the Compensation Web Application button.
  4. Click on the New users - Enrol today! button.
  5. Click on the Create an Online Profile button.
  6. Choose and Record your User Name, Password and Recovery Secret.
  7. Check the box I agree to Terms and Conditions of use and Select the Submit button.
  8. Record the Identifier.
  9. Do not close the browser.

3. Enrol in CWA

  1. Select Click here to log in.
  2. Type your User Name and Password.
  3. Select the Log in button.
  4. Select the Continue button for the next 2 pages.
  5. Type your Pension Number (Superannuation Number).  *
  6. Type your Total Deductions.
  7. Type your PRI.
  8. Type your Government e-mail address.
  9. Type your Date of Birth.
  10. Select the Enrol button.
  11. You will receive an e-mail with an attachment and a link.
  12. Open the attachment.
  13. Copy the Enrolment Activation Number (EAN).
  14. Open the link.
  15. Paste the EAN in the field.
  16. Select the Continue button.

You are now enroled in the Compensation Web Applications.
