SUBJECT: Office of the Commissioner for Federal Judicial Affairs
Judges Group

1. PURPOSE

1.1. The purpose of this bulletin is to provide you with information concerning a letter of authority providing new rates of pay for employees in the Judges Group at the Office of the Commissioner for Federal Judicial Affairs (FJA).

2. BACKGROUND

2.1. The following occupational group is affected by this letter of authority:

3. POLICY

3.1. This letter of authority was signed on March 30, 2012, and will expire on March 31, 2013.

3.2. This letter of authority provides for salary increases effective on April 1, 2012.

4. PROCEDURES/INSTRUCTIONS

4.1. The Pay Rate Control File (PRCF) will be updated with the revised rates of pay on April 2, 2012. The Regional Pay System (RPS) will automatically process the salary revision for this group on April 5, 2012.
