Blue Cross of Atlantic Canada

This is to advise you of an increase in the premium rates for the Blue Cross of Atlantic Canada.

Blue Cross of Atlantic Canada has announced an increase in premium rates effective February 1, 2002, for coverage commencing as of March 1, 2002.

The revised rates for policy 9503 are as follows:

	Present Rates	New Rates
Single	$ 8.87	$ 9.72
Family	$ 21.04	$ 23.06

The new rate will be deducted from your first pay in March 2002, along with arrears for February 2002.
