From here you can select any of the on-line courses available by simply clicking on one of the course categories listed below. Once you have made your selection, follow the registration instructions within each of the modules offered. Before selecting your first module, you should refer to the National Compensation Advisor Training Program and complete your individual training plan . In addition, the learning contract should be completed by the compensation advisor and the supervisor and used as a planning tool for all on-line courses.
