Please do not process any Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP) transaction in the Compensation Web Applications (CWA) on Monday, August 31, 2015. Public Works and Government Services Canada is changing the Employer rate of the PSHCP single level 1 coverage to $108.87 and changing to $108.88 for the family level 1 coverage. Any PSHCP transaction submitted on August 31 will be in error and will require a correction. Compensation advisors will be able to enter the PSHCP transactions in the CWA as of September 1, 2015.
This to advise compensation advisors and the departmental garnishee contacts of the changes to the Garnishment, Attachment and Pension Diversion Act (GAPDA) that will become effective January 1st, 2016. A notice containing detailed requirements will be sent to departments in the next few days, which requires responses to Revenue Quebec by November 20th, 2015.
Currently there are no broadcast messages for Projects.
On May 12, 2014, the online version of Your Pension and Insurance Benefits Statement (PIBS) has been updated with information as of April 1, 2014.
