"RE-TOS" represents the words "Re-Taken On Strength". The system is intended to automate the calculation of:

• Superannuation Arrears,
• Disability Insurance,
• Long-term Disability Insurance and
• Supplementary Death Benefit Arrears

for employees who are covered by the Public Service Superannuation Act and have been or will be absent on leave without pay and want to know the costs of the arrears.
