To ensure the privacy of your personal information, a secure credential issued by Internal Credential Management (ICM) is required to access the Compensation Web Applications (CWA). This can be either an ICM ID-based certificate or an Online Profile. You can use the ICM ID-based certificate to access a variety of secure Government applications (e.g. Next Generation Secure Remote Access (NG-SRA), Secure email, file encryption, etc) including CWA. However, if you choose to use an Online Profile, your access will be restricted to CWA only.
To obtain an ICM ID-based
certificate, contact your Local Registration Authority or departmental
helpdesk. Additional information is available at the ICM Web site.
Once you have obtained your certificate, return to the Compensation Web Applications
page and login to complete your enrolment. Refer to the Enrolment
Instructions to help you complete the process.
If you have an ICM ID based certificate, you may select an application to use.
This is a multi-step process that will give you access to the Compensation Web Applications. If you have already created an account, you may select an application to use. If at any point you require assistance, click the help link associated with the item in question, or contact the help desk at 1-866-467-0337.
For technical problems with your computer or network connectivity, you should contact your local desktop support for assistance.
1 You can also obtain this information through your Compensation Advisor.
To perform the registration, you must be connected to the Government of Canada (GOC) network. If you are using a GOC workstation, you probably already meet the technical requirements, but you can use the Browser Check page to verify.
You can also view the detailed list of technical requirements and check our Browser Settings Help page to learn more about configuring your browser.
To begin the process, click either of the buttons below. This will bring you to the profile creation page. When you are finished you will have access to all Pay and Pension web applications.
Note: The buttons below determine where you will be redirected once you have successfully created your profile. Pay redirects to your Statement of Earnings and Tax Slips whereas Pension redirects to your Pension and Benefits Statement.
