Service Standards

The Public Service Pension Centre (Pension Centre) has established new service standards for various steps in the booking of Public Service Pension Plan half-day Retirement Planning Information session requests. The Pension Centre will confirm availability of deliverers and schedule sessions within eight (8) working days from the receipt of request.
