In response to your letter of November 2, 2017, I am pleased to provide you with the enclosed information outlining the actions the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has taken to stabilize employee pay following the implementation of the Phoenix pay system.

The RCMP will continue supporting HR-to-Pay Stabilization initiatives to ensure that its public service employees and reservists are paid accurately and on time.
