The service standards and targets in Our Services, Standards and Results 2015-2016 represent an important part of our department's strategy to improve the quality of services and strengthen the partnerships we have established with our clients across government. These standards complement other initiatives that PWGSC is pursuing such as:
- departmental service agreements established between PWGSC and client departments and agencies,
- client satisfaction tools,
- easily accessible service channels,
- integrated client engagement, for instance through networking opportunities such as PWGSC Services Forums, and
- a client service culture, reinforced through the Client Service Competency which is applicable to all employees.
