The service standards, targets and results in PWGSC @ Your Service: Our Services, Standards and Results 2013-2014 represent an important part of our department's strategy to improve the quality of services and strengthen the partnerships we have established with our clients across government. These standards complement other initiatives that PWGSC is pursuing such as:
- departmental service agreements established between PWGSC and client departments and agencies,
- client satisfaction tools,
- integrated client engagement,
- easily accessible service channels, and
- a client service culture, reinforced through the Client Service Competency which is applicable to all employees.
