Real Estate Initiative - The Government of Canada has closed sale and leaseback of seven federal office properties.

A Request for Proposal (RFP) was posted on MERX in December 2008 seeking a combined business process and information system solution as well as change management and training expertise. Contract award is anticipated in 2009 following bid evaluations and approvals.
