Musqueam Indian Band Granted Injunction Preventing Sale of Vancouver Properties

On September 28, the Musqueam Indian Band was granted an interlocutory injunction preventing the sale of the two Vancouver properties until judicial review proceedings have been completed in approximately 18 to 24 months. For this reason, we have removed the two Vancouver properties from the sale and the seven properties located outside Vancouver will be sold by October 31, as planned.

There are no longer any plans to sell the Vancouver properties and as the government retains ownership, nothing changes for PWGSC and SNC Lavalin ProFac employees working in the buildings, or for building tenants. It is business as usual.
