Suppliers can use this Green Procurement Scorecard to learn what environmental criteria are in place for solicitation opportunities and demonstrate that they meet the criteria when submitting a proposal.

This is the code used by the federal government to identify generic product descriptions for its procurement activities.

Good/Service Description

The Audiovisual (AV) Standing Offer (SO) is a dynamic procurement tool for sourcing thousands of AV products that fulfill government audiovisual applications. These mostly digital AV systems are increasingly complex networks requiring expertise to design and install. The most common applications are meeting and class rooms, auditoriums and command centers.

Green procurement clauses and conditions that are or may be incorporated in the past, current or future Request For X (RFx).
GSIN Code:
Code used by the federal government to identify generic goods or services descriptions for its procurement activities.
Good/Service Description:
The description of the good or service that corresponds to the Goods and Services Identification Number (GSIN).
RFx (past, current, future):
Request For X = Standing Offer, Supply Arrangement, or Proposal. Request for Standing Offer (RFSO), Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
SO/SA holders:
Standing Offer or Supply Arrangement holders (Suppliers, Distributors or Manufacturers).
Mandatory specification:
Mandatory green procurement clauses and conditions that are or may be incorporated in the past, current or future RFx.
Optional or Point-Rated specification:
Optional or point-rated green procurement clauses and conditions that are or may be incorporated in the past, current or future RFx.
Potential specification:
Potential green procurement clauses and conditions that have not yet been incorporated in the past, current or future RFx.
