Software fiscal year-end procurement process

In order to help you manage your year-end requirements, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) procurement is providing the following information to assist you with procurement of goods requiring delivery by March 31, 2025 and for services beginning in April 2025.

About the deadlines

These deadlines should be respected and requisitions will be completed on the condition that Public Services and Procurement Canada have sufficient capacity and have satisfactorily received a completed, funded and signed 9200 along with all other supporting and justified procurement documentation, as appropriate. Incomplete submissions will impact procurement timelines.

Requisitions received after the above deadlines may not be completed by March 31, 2024 and confirmation of funding for fiscal year 2024 to 2025 will need to be provided.
