Design Management Services Checklist

The Design Manager is responsible for the overall coordination of design management services and activities. The core design management team will be comprised predominantly of professional and technical services resources, however the Project Manager can obtain advice from other sources at any stage of the project and other areas of expertise can be added as applicable. The Design Manager must be kept informed of all developments or issues.
