Explanation

This first project approval document is used to define the "problem or opportunity" in order to seek approval to develop a project up to the Analysis Phase. The Client is required to sign this document. The statement of requirements provides a broad description of the nature of the requirement ( for example to reconfigure space to enable more efficient use, consolidation, growth, asset integrity), overall timing and any special considerations. The requirement can be client specific, portfolio based, or asset based.
