Delivery Close Out Phase

Explanation

The purpose of the Delivery Close Out Phase is to complete the project management activities relative to the Delivery Stage of a project and to provide an assessment of the project performance against its objectives and requirements. It includes the completion of all contract administration activities, final evaluation of project teams including consultants and contractors, preparation of lessons learned, and the completion of the close out document.
