The objective of the Implementation Phase is to produce the project's outcomes at an acceptable level of quality to meet client and stakeholder requirements. Once the product, result or service has been produced and successfully deployed, the project transfers it to the client.

NPMS has no official deliverable product turn-over template for the NPMS « Lite » version; however, it is the project's responsibility to produce a document, such as an email, that confirms that client and stakeholder requirements have been met and that a transfer has taken place.

A signed product turn-over document is equivalent to a Product turn-over approval.
