Explanation

The purpose of the Feasibility Phase is to develop and finalize the project business requirements and to identify a range of solutions that meet those requirements. In the « Lite » Version, this work effort is conducted, but a feasibility report is not completed and a control point is not required. Instead, the findings of this phase become direct inputs in the assessment of viable options and key in determining the recommended solution in the Business Case.
