NPMS Deliverables Templates

Explanation

From an NPMS perspective, the term "deliverables" refers to the project management documents that are required for approval at the nine NPMS control points. From a broad project management perspective, "deliverable" refers to those documents, products, results or services that must be produced by the project in order to achieve its intended purpose and outcomes.

In the NPMS « Lite » version, Business Projects-IT-Enabled must produce the following control point Deliverables:
