This list contains the names of companies that were determined to be ineligible or suspended by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). As per the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy they are ineligible to be awarded a contract or real property agreement by the Government of Canada.
As the prime contractor, the information in this list can help you ensure that you:
- enter into contracts only with eligible subcontractors
- hold eligible subcontractors to the same terms and conditions as those that appear in your own contracts
