The building is 4 storeys high and has a large entrance. The entrance is covered by a steel and concrete awning that is supported by 4 large chains that are connected to the awning from the building wall above.)

(Pan from right to left and stopping with the west facing wall of the Government Conference centre in the middle of the frame. This side of the building is where the new circulation wing was added. There are windows that run the full height of the building between the sandstone facade. The style of the renovation was based off of the beaus art theme.)
