Prior to the transfer, non-statutory expenditures of approximately $246,243,879 were approved by the Minister of Northern Affairs, Minister responsible for Prairies Economic Development Canada and Minister responsible for the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency. Previous year's amounts have been restated by $377,607,534.
