Payment Statement Used As Communication Tool

The purpose of this notice is to provide you with information concerning a new feature on your payment statement.

Starting in March 2004, you will notice that on some pay dates a brief message will be printed at the top of the "Entitlements and Other Deductions" Section of your payment statement. These messages will provide you with important information concerning your pay and benefits.

A message will be printed on your payment statement only when we will need to advise you of an important issue relating to your pay and benefits. Therefore, these messages will not be displayed on all your payment statements.

Because these messages contain valuable information, you are encouraged to check your payment statement each pay date. The following link provides an explanation of your payment statement. Your Payment Statement (Pay Stub).

Any request for information regarding this information notice should be addressed to your compensation advisor.
