Did you know you can easily submit overtime and modify information, including personal information (such as your address), direct deposit information and voluntary deductions?
When using Phoenix, you can easily modify or submit the following transactions:
Overtime payments are automatically processed by Phoenix once submitted. Once overtime is approved by your section 34 manager, it will be paid out at the next available pay period. You should submit your overtime claims as soon as possible, since after six months, the system is unable to process them as an automated process, and they will fall in to the backlog queue.
You can modify your direct deposit information at any time. If you change bank accounts, please make sure you have received your pay in the new account prior to closing your old account.
Some voluntary deductions (like recreational associations) can be entered directly using the Phoenix employee self-service.
Human resources system
Personal information can be updated using your human resources system.
For most departments and agencies, you can update your personal information, such as your home and mailing address, telephone number, email address and marital status, directly in your human resources system. This information will automatically be changed in the pay system. Keep your information up to date at all times to ensure accurate payroll processing.
If you are on leave or retired, you will have to contact your departmental human resources.
