At the Client Contact Centre (CCC), we support all public servants by:
Provide advice and guidance
The CCC can help with:
- missing pay
- termination, including:
- end of contract
- resignation or retirement
- record of employment
- severance
- death in service
- benefits
- paid and unpaid leave
- overpayments
- tax
- tax slips
- collective agreement retro payment entitlements
- Pay Centre processes and required documentation
- updates on any previous enquiry
- technical questions about web applications, such as how to:
- access the Compensation Web Applications, Phoenix and MyGCPay
- enter overtime, additional hours
- view reported time
- select a Section 34 Manager
- view a paystub or tax slip
Help resolve issues and complete tasks
The CCC can help:
- update your direct deposit information (you can also do this yourself via Phoenix self-service, which is accessible only on the Government of Canada network)
- activate or deactivate your electronic payments
- send electronic copies of your pay stubs and tax slips via epost Connect™ if you’re a terminated employee or an employee on extended leave
- place a hold on the recovery of an overpayment
- update your information to withhold additional taxes, and validate and update your tax data
- activate your enrolment in time reporter and maintain time reporter data in Phoenix
- activate your access to Phoenix
- change your address if you have left the public service to go on extended leave (maternity, education, sick, etc.)
- enrol, amend or terminate your benefits, including:
- dental
- health
- pension
- death
- disability (excluding the Public Service Management Insurance Plan and British Columbia Medical)

Current and former federal public servants who cannot access the Compensation Web Applications, and are looking for documents such as pay stubs and tax slips, can contact the CCC to obtain their documents through epost Connect™, securely and confidentially (see epost Connect video).
