Adding new employees to the pay system

When a new employee is hired, human resources personnel are responsible for collecting and sending all required documentation to the Public Service Pay Centre: Mail Facility. In addition, human resources personnel are responsible for creating the new employee record in PeopleSoft.

  • Tax forms (TD1 form, provincial tax form)
  • Direct deposit enrolment
  • Additional entitlements if applicable (example: isolated post allowance form)
