New mailbox for Canadian visit requests

Public Services and Procurement Canada's (PSPC) Contract Security Program has changed the process for submitting international and Canadian visit requests.
To improve the request for visit process, PSPC's Contract Security Program created a new inbox for Canadian (for example: Canada to Canada, domestic) requests for visits, which include visits to the Department of National Defence. This new inbox will ensure that requests for visits are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
This change means that, effective December 2, 2019, organizations will send any Canadian requests for visits to the new mailbox at tpsgc.dgsssivisitescan-dobisscanvisits.pwgsc@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca, and continue to send international (including Canada to foreign) requests for visits to the existing mailbox at ssivisites-.issvisits@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.
The security requirements website will soon be updated. PSPC's Contract Security Program will ensure that processing times will continue to be met during the transition to the new mailbox.
